Ya see, I remember years ago when I was in my local B&N and I found this big fat book about health.
It was a shame because I like some of the things it said were bad for you, like sugar, smoking, and alcohol.

Apparently coffee can make you go blind says a study titled “The Relationship between Caffeine and Coffee Consumption and Exfoliation Glaucoma or Glaucoma Suspect: A Prospective Study in Two Cohorts” published in September 2012 on the website https://iovs.arvojournals.org.

Tea is the obvious choice to replace coffee in the morning. You can add cream and sugar– oh yeah! No sugar!
There are ten thousand and one blog posts out there to tell you about the benefit of tea. In fact the benefits are huge and it has caffeine in it if you life.
“The Dandy Latte” is my best find
Personally, I’ve found it f***ing impossible to replace morning coffee, but at this local smoothie shop I wandered into I found the dandy latte and it is the bomb. This drink is made from dandelion.
The drink is bitter AF so I have the barista mix honey in it. Honey is a natural sugar so look that one up to see if it’s right for your sugar alternative.
Coffee versus depression versus having a life
Depressing, I know. I’m so sorry to be the one to ruin your morning coffee, but in the end knowledge is power, right?
I’ve drunk way too much coffee in my life and now I wear +1.50 reading glasses… Joke.
I’ve been thinking an espresso sized coffee in the morning might be better for me than more than half the pot like I’m used too.
Coffee alternatives abound in the Google search, too, so maybe I will find some.
Green tea is healthy as hell
You could try that or Matcha, like you can get a Matcha Latte at any café and those are great, frothy warm drinks! Tea is cheaper usually too and you can get unlimited refills of hot water from the barista.

I also like black coconut tea.
But otherwise you just gotta go cold turkey and pull your juicer out and make a green drink.

It’s been a tough lesson for me to consume healthy things, but I’ve been doing it.
