Carrots can make your skin orange

If you have too much carrot juice you can get orange skin.

It also applies when consuming too many sweet potatoes and pumpkins and the condition is called “carotenemia” and it’s harmless.

All you have to do is stop eating carrots and the condition will go away and your skin will turn to normal.

I have to think about things like this because I’ve been hitting fruit and vegetable juices hard, but I don’t want to have orange skin if I can help it.

Carrots have the chemicals falcarinol and luteolin in it that help your cells become alive and it’s been said it can help with cancer patients.

Unbelievable, really, but naturally I wanted to start ingesting five pounds of carrots a day in my juicer just for the sake of it, but I don’t have cancer, so maybe I will just have a balanced juice now with carrots and leafy greens.

Done deal.
