Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that help your digestive health, but it can also aid in great gums and teeth.

Plaque build up

Our mouths have many bacteria and when bad bacteria takes the lead it can cause gum disease, cavities and bad breath.

The Good Bacteria

The live bacteria in probiotics can be found in foods like kefir, yogurt, and fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi and even soy sauce.

Choosing the Right Microbe

The strains Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium and many others are recommended for good oral health.

Studies Show

A study was done where subjects were given gum to chew with probiotic microorganisms.

Periodontal Inflammation

Patients with "gingivitis, periodontitis, and pregnancy gingivitis" were given oral probiotic supplements and a "significant recovery was reported for almost every patient."

"Decreased gum bleeding" was also found from chewing probiotic gum.

I Tried BulletProof Coffee

Bulletproof is advertised as a clean coffee.

It's not lacking in taste, like even the coffee they serve on an airplane has a taste, but I like it even if it is missing the robust taste or even a Folgers.

I tried French Kick

I decided I've drinking too much coffee with hot cocoa and wanted to stop having sugar in my coffee.

I put Sugar Free Cacao powder in it and also Organic Vanilla Unsweetened Almond milk.

When I tried it plain I did feel awake after a few sips like Deathwish Coffee.

I would keep drinking this on the regular but my favorite coffee is....

Dunkin Donuts coffee is my favorite

I grew up in New York and time to make the donuts was a commercial I watched a lot like Train to the Plane.

A large Hazelnut coffee with sugar and creamer, hot or iced, along with a apple cruller, jelly or Boston cream donut was my go to when I lived next to one for a couple of years.

I like pretty much all artificial flavors of Dunkin Donuts coffee.

I like Mocha and Chocolate coffee a lot

I've had Folgers Chocolate coffee before and loved it. I've also had Star Bucks Mocha coffee and it was a good substitute because I can't find the Folgers Chocolate at my local grocer.
